Installation and Initial Setup of QRCallService SET

After installing the program, a desktop shortcut QCS.KX will appear. It launches the initial setup form, used to configure the basic parameters of the QR call service system.

Basic Information - Registration

• Company ID: your company's unique identifier (required)
• Email: contact email address (required)
• Name: name of the business or establishment (required)

These fields are required to register the program and ensure it works properly.

QR Code Design (Left Side)

The user can customize the texts displayed above and below the QR code (fields T1 to T4). You can fill in just the top two, or all four. On the right, you can adjust the font size of each text line.

Click the Show my QR pic button to preview the final QR design in your browser. If needed, you can adjust the text or font sizes and preview again.

You can also select the QR background color using the QR color option:

• 1 - white
• 2 - light cream
• 3 - darker cream

Mobile Options and Service Message (Right Side)

Here you define the texts that will appear on the customer’s phone after scanning the QR code:

• You can fill in only 1-2 items, or all 6.
• For the 4th, 5th, and 6th options, you can also enter a URL (e.g., to a menu).
• If the WWW field is empty, only the text is shown.

Service Call Output Configuration

The program allows you to choose how the service call is displayed after customer selection. You can choose from these modes:

• 1 - Text dialog box on the service screen (no printing).
• 2 - Dialog + POS/PRN printer output. You can enter an IP address or USB port name like USBPRN.
• 3 - Printer output only (no screen display).

Step 3 - QR Code Number Configuration

Using the Set your QR numbers for create function, you can define table (or location) numbers. You can also use ranges, e.g., 1..10. The system will generate QR codes for those tables.

Export and Print

• Generate PNG PDF A4 QR codes: creates a PDF with all QR codes ready for printing.
• Print QR on POS IP printer: prints directly to a POS printer (you must enter the printer IP address).

The resulting QR codes are ready for lamination or placement directly on tables, stands, or reception areas.

After configuring, click SAVE ALL to save your settings to the database.
